Mervyn Silva, Minister of Public Relations and Public Affairs has been bitten by his pet dog, reports say.
It was singular that the dog has bitten his right leg, the very one that got injured in Singapore.
The minister has said that continuous mishaps happen to his right leg because of a sin he has committed in the past.
Speaking at a public meeting in Dalugama,
the minister has further said, "Dogs bark frequently. I see them on the
road as well. Even mad dogs come. Even when I was at the village, there
were dogs. But I never thought the dog that was raised at home would
bite me. That too, is a lesson for me. I didn't hate the dog. I still
feed it with my own hands."
